Dean Mosherís epic historic paintings are located in museums, and public buildings around the country. Deanís work has also appeared in many books, including The U.S. Air Force: A Complete History, published by the Air Force Historical Foundation and the National Air & Space Museum. In July, 2013 his ďWilbur Wrights Greets Lady Liberty ď was place on permanent exhibition in the Early Flight wing of the National Air & Space Museum.
Dean has served on numerous organization boards, including five years as Historian General of the Naval Order of the United States. He has been honored with many awards, including the Commander Generalís medal for saving the archives of the NOUS. He is often sought out for lectures and presentations around the country.
He claims his proudest achievements are winning the hand of his princess bride of more than thirty years, Pagan, and the raising of their two great children, Megrez Ravel and Cleveland Turner in Fairhope, Alabama, where he remains the oft disputed King of his fabled Castle.
